ORGANIZATION OF THIS MINISTRY:
LECTORS
The lectors serve as "COMENTARIST" and "LECTORS OF THE SACRED SCRIPTURES" in the liturgy every Thursday (6pm) and every fourth Sunday (12pm) of each month. The lectors proclaim the first and second reading to the congregation. In the absence of the Deacon, the lector may proclaim the general intercessions from the podium after the priest has made the introductory prayer. (IGMR #197)

EXTRAORDINARY EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS
These ministers help the priest distribute Holy Communion in the liturgy every Thursday (6pm) and every fourth Sunday (12pm) of each month. A training workshop is required and a re-certification every three years. The participants must assist mass regularly.

MINISTRY OF HOSPITALITY / USHERS
It's a ministry of hospitality during the fourth Sunday mass (12pm) of each month and on special occasions they strive to assure the solemnity and tranquility of the liturgies. They welcome the parishioners and guests, providing help in seating them and they take the collection during mass and guide the presentation of the gifts and the reception of Holy Communion.

SACRISTAN
Is a minister that prepares the liturgical books, sacred vessels and other things necessary for the celebration of mass.

HOLY HOURS
Along with the sacristan, prepares the altar and the ornaments for the expocision of the Eucharist.
